Clear information about your account, your data, and using Zoonelo.

Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of Zoonelo, operated by Envisionary Design (envisionarydesign.com). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Use the Feedback tab or the contact form on our Help page for support or questions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age and authorization requirements of any platform you connect. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian. Use an account you control, keep your sign-in access secure, and provide accurate information. Only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Service and availability

Zoonelo is an early-stage service for visualizing social activity and personal progress. The public city demo is illustrative. Automatic social imports and some city and group features are still in development. Available functionality depends on platform permissions, account eligibility and service availability. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We do not guarantee follower growth, engagement, views, business results or uninterrupted availability.

Your content and authorization

You retain rights to your content. You authorize us to process the information you provide and, when enabled, the platform information you authorize, to operate the requested features as described in the Privacy policy. This permission is limited to operating the service and does not transfer ownership of your content. Third-party platform terms continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, connect accounts without authorization, manipulate rankings, harass people, upload unlawful material, introduce malicious code, circumvent access controls or interfere with the service. Group organizers must use administrative access responsibly. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to address violations, abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Ending use and deletion

You may stop using Zoonelo at any time. Sign-out does not delete your account. To remove account data, use the contact form on our Help page and follow the Data deletion instructions. You may also revoke platform authorization in the platform’s settings. Removing Zoonelo does not remove your content from the original platform.

Responsibility and your rights

Use the service with an understanding that it is under development. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available without a promise that every feature or metric will always work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Contact us to try to resolve any concern; these terms do not require you to waive access to remedies provided by applicable law.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. The current version will be posted here with its effective date, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate. A new use of connected platform information remains subject to the Privacy policy and any required authorization.

Sprint purchases

The checkout page shows the price and currency for your selected 30-day sprint. Sprint purchases are one-time payments without automatic renewal. Group invitation pricing applies to the individual participant using that invitation. Your place is confirmed after payment verification. If payment succeeds but your place cannot be provided, use the Feedback tab or the contact form on our Help page for support and refund assistance. For other billing, cancellation or refund requests, use the Feedback tab or the contact form on our Help page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Billboard advertising

Billboards are paid one-time placements subject to owner review. Small placements cost USD 5 and large placements USD 15 for 30 days starting at first approval, with no automatic renewal. Payment does not guarantee approval. Ads rejected before first approval receive a full refund to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Artwork and destination changes require review again and hide the ad while review is pending. A pause or revision does not extend an already-started term. You must have rights to your artwork and destination. Explicit sexual content, hate, scams, illegal offers, rights violations and misleading links are prohibited. Advertisers remain responsible for linked websites and redirects throughout the placement, including later changes. For purchases accepting advertising policy 2026-10-03-v2, Zoonelo may immediately remove an ad after first approval for a documented violation, without refund except where required by law. If Zoonelo cannot provide the placement for reasons unrelated to an advertiser violation, the unprovided service will be refunded. Purchases made under earlier terms retain their original refund rights. Use Feedback to report an ad or request review of a removal or refund decision. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory legal rights.
