Request deletion by email
Open the contact form using the Request data deletion button on this page. Enter the email address used to sign in and describe whether you want to delete your entire Zoonelo account or only the data associated with a particular social account. For a social-account request, include its platform and username. Do not send your password, access token or identity documents. We verify account ownership before acting.
Verification and progress
Envisionary Design handles deletion requests manually. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before acting. If you cannot access your sign-in email, explain this so we can arrange an appropriate verification method. We will reply with confirmation or explain any information needed to complete the request. You can ask for the status by replying to the same email thread. Requests are handled without undue delay and within applicable legal requirements.
What is deleted
For a full account request, we remove your authentication account, profile, stored social connection credentials, personal activity and metric records, and associated memberships and cheers from active systems. We review uploaded files and shared group ownership as part of the request so other members’ records are not inadvertently deleted. For a specific connected-account request, we remove its stored credentials and associated imported records. We will explain any information retained for a legal requirement or a continuing shared-group purpose.
Backups and records of requests
Provider backups may retain earlier copies until their configured expiry or overwrite. Those copies are not used for ordinary service access. Completed deletions are reapplied if a backup is restored. Limited correspondence or records may be kept when needed to document the request, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation, as described in the Privacy policy.
Revoke platform access
You can also remove Zoonelo from your connected platform’s authorized apps or business integrations settings. This revokes that authorization but does not, by itself, erase data already held by Zoonelo. Use our contact form to request deletion of stored data. Your original posts and Instagram, Facebook or Google accounts are not deleted by deleting Zoonelo data.
Demo data
The public city simulation uses sample data in browser memory. Reloading clears your simulated changes. Signing in creates or accesses a real account; use the request process above if you want that account deleted.
